This scarf features a time-consuming, textured checkerboard pattern and one of my favourite colours of wool. It is a deep, dark colour of red with hints of gold in the light that reminds me of old, dead blood. A little morbid, just like me.

The scarf is made with 100% Peruvian Highland wool in a fingering weight that works well in doll scale. It is vinegar soaked and hot water blocked to make it durable and doll friendly.

The finished piece measures approximately 54cm by 3.5cm.
